Game Mechanics: lower skill values since last patch

At some point from the last patch I have noticed that my dodge, offense, and parry skills on my ranger are now colored red as if they were not at that actual skill.

I'm not sure if there were some changes to this in the patch, if it's just a graphics bug or not. My skill numbers in those are as following:
offense: 232
dodge: 137
parry: 185

the offense skill is following what it should be according to the wiki, but dodge and parry are still at the pre-lv 50 cap. Currently my level is 58.

Do we know if the wiki is incorrect, or have there been some changes with the game?
