Is my connection banned?
I cant login to the login server at all tonight. connection errors and timeouts. Been trying since 5pm PST

Probably not "banned" unless it says you are banned. Could just be connection problems. Are you able to log into any other server besides p99? I'm guessing this isnt your first time logging in, so your install should be good.

Can not connect to any servers. I connected this morning actually and played, but tonight its back to cant log in. Im using 4G LTE phone to tether, but it works for all other games just fine. Not allowing P99 to have full bandwidth maybe? I turned off firewall and allowed all access in everything.

You're not banned, just something funny going on with your networking.
If they ban you they want be sly about it. It will show up in big words. Wont be able to miss it.
