IP Blocked

Hi, we are two people playing here from the same IP but with 2 computers. One username is Ringfort (player Nephilia) and myself username: golohab (player Golohab) and my account cannot login and is temporarily blocked because we share the same IP. Can an admin un-block my Golohab account so that her and I can play together?
