Yar. No idea on the neck, but probably fairly inexpensive. I've seen the bracers going for like $150. White Gold Necks have been going for 650ish

Rings definitely around 1k apiece.
Don't know about the necklace. As an alternative for neck, if you can use it: http://wiki.project1999.com/Cape_of_Midnight_Mist These sell for around 100-150pp and you get a little STR also. | ||

A bar of platinum 100pp. Add time/labor/chance of fail. Probably 125-150pp. | ||
