Network Issue

This is not an everquest issue but I can't find the answer anywhere else and you guys seem to be the smartest in the world! The issue I am having is when I join a server on pc for battlefield 4 it turns off my router/modem. I never had this issue before but I just moved and got comcast hooked up today. The internet runs at 50mbps <20 ping. The problem only happens on bf4 and litterally completely disables my internet just the powerlight on the modem/router is left on. Do you think this is a bf4 issue or a comcast or faulty modem issue? If anyone has any ideas I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!!
