You left out some information from your post. Where is your monk located? There's 3 different places a monk can start and depending on which starting location you chose (I'm assuming Qeynos?) the experience can be very different.

As a Level 13 monk myself, I've had great luck in EC, NRo, and Oasis. I'd check those places out!

Welce to the server Rusts! I am sorry to hear that your experience thus far has not been a fantastic one :/ I would suggest checking out CB, Oasis or Unrest. Level 11 is kinda a tough area because it is on the low end of oasis/unrest. CB should be perfect though. Just mow down xp greens and save belts/pads if you can't find a group by 13/14 you should have no problem finding a spot in Oasis or Unrest ^^ Good luck!
