Miscellaneous: West Cab to WW Zonelines

Hi there! I just tried to zone into Warslik Woods from West Cabilis with a level 1 iksar necro. I bounced off the zoneline and got the error message: "You are not yet experienced enough to pass through an inter-planar portal." I tried the other zoneline and got the same error. I'm pretty sure Warslik Woods hasn't spontaneously been sucked into the Plane of Fear or anything, so I'm figuring there's something wrong with the zoneline setting. Thanks!
