Sports fans?

Anyone here an avid fan of a team or two?

College Sports: I grew up in Oklahoma and I'm taking classes from OU, so obviously OU has been my favorite since the 90s (yes back when Texas was beating us 28-3 and stuff like that). I hate Texas.

NFL: San Fransico 49ers, grew up a huge Jerry Rice, Steve Young/Joe Montana, Brent Jones, Charles Haley, Bill Romanowski fan! Still a dedicated fan but they are sucking this year, I kind of pull for the Vikings as well (Love Adrian Peterson and Farve, even though he is a dramaqueen). And they arent the Dallas fucking Cowgirls, I hate Texas.

MLB: San Fransico Giants, I was a Daryl Strawberry, Will Clark, and Bonds fan for a long time. I sitll pull for them, and I'm glad to see them in the playoffs again since 2002(I think). And they Aren't the Rangers, Astros, or the Yankmees. I hate Texas

For NBA, my team has always been the Pheonix Suns, I was a huge fan of Kevin Johnson, Charles Barkley. (I met Steve Nash back in OKC, such a good guy, signed a napkin I later ralphed on...sigh). And they aren't the Rockets, Spurs, or Mavericks, I hate Texas

NHL: I don't really watch NHL for any team really, I generally watch it when nothing else is on, because growing up in Oklahoma, the coldest day we had was maybe 75 lol, so not too many hockey folks were around, it was all about football when I was growing up.

Any other sports fans here? Got any good stories?

LOL!! There are so many Thunder fans in Oklahoma now it makes me sick. I mean, it is our FIRST pro team EVER to have in the state, so ya...I get it I guess, but I'm still a Suns fan first and foremost lol

Also, I like UW, for some reason it has always been that "red-headed step child" that you love to molest cause she has HUGE ti...you know what, I just like them, how about that?

Also, my wife grew up an Army brat, and lived in Seattle for 3 years or so, and she loved it, I'm trying to get stationed in Ft. Lewis after I get back from this deployment. I love the west coast compared to the east coast (Spent a year in SC/Geroga, worst. time. ever.)

We plan on going to Washington when I get back as well, not sure when though--probably durnig baseball season, somehow, someway she is still an avid mariners fan lol
