Default Proc levels

I have noticed at least from what I can remember that some Proc levels seem to be higher then before. Easiest known case for me is the Serrated bone dirk. My first character back in the day was a rogue and I used 2 of these that proc'd under lvl 22. But also back then the weapon Proc level was not listed on the weapon description.

Does anyone else recall any items like that ?

Ok I copied this from My other post in old thread.

I believe the executioners axe did not have requirement but if it did it was much lower level. I think shortly after kunark it was raised.

Serrated bone dirk Proc was lvl 18 originally I believe. I also remember them selling for much more because at lower level the Proc was awesome scape goat for a rogue.

Mith 2 hander also no requirement not even sure if it does currently though hah

There is obviously a short database out there as far as original eq goes. The websites from then are all gone. I can't prove this information yet
