Client Says "DB Error - Invalid Password" ...But,

As the title says, I am currently having issues logging in through the client. It constantly tells me that I have an invalid password. I know I'm not crazy.
I made sure caps lock was off. I meticulously made sure every character was put in correctly several times. Maybe because this account is too new? I'm not sure how it works with you guys.
I've even gone through the process of changing my password to something else and then trying that.
Before you ask, no, the game was not patched in any way. I followed the beginner guide to the T.
I'm willing to bet this will be one of those simple solution things that will make me look/feel like an idiot. I'm including a screenshot for whatever reason.
