Bracer has STA and costs 100p. http://wiki.project1999.com/Fur_Lined_Mask > Sarnak-Hide Mask. Has STR and raw HP, but 150p more.

^^^ Thank you for the suggestions! I'm still learning my Rogue as I go. I'd heard a lot of people say stacking strength was the way to go. I don't plan on getting an epic anytime in the next few months or more, so I was trying to do it via gear. I'm gonna keep looking for the items I had listed, but I'll do some more reading and check out the ones you've listed also. Thanks again for the ideas!
