LVL 51 Charm setup
what spells should i mem for charm soloing at lvl 51? for example, city of mist or lguk

Use Paralyzing Earth over regular Root, for sure. 3 minutes and very stable.
My charm rotation in CoM and Guk was usually: 1. Charm pull 2. Send pet on a mob 3. Snooze while they duke it out. Maybe Bond of Death to heal. 4. Both mobs around 10-15%hp? Be at range, make sure KoS mob is rooted 5. Circlet of Shadow breaks charm, you cast UD nuke on pet killing him before he gets to you. 6. You UD nuke the rooted mob 7. Repeat Never needed Screaming Terror really, but it's nice for pulling or as an "oh shit" button. This tactic really shines in CoM 49+ in my opinion, usually netting at least 4-5% per pull (2 mobs total). | ||

I use paralyzing. I just refer to it as root.
So what should the other 3 spells be? Drain soul and what else | ||

Lifetap
Bonds of Death Splurt Charm Screaming Terror Root FD DA ^ Is usually my setup. Will drop Splurt for Lich / Manaskin as needed. Splurt to equalize uneven battles, Bonds to gain HP. Lifetap to finish low mobs / top off health from Liching. At 54 you get Deflux which is a perfect spell for this, you also get Thrall of Bones which is faster casting than the 49 charm.

I'm sure this goes without saying, but just remember in tight spaces like Guk you can do the following:
1. IVU to get around a corner where there are undead frogs and target one. 2. Back up to a safe location and cast undead lull through walls. 3. Repeat 1-2 until all are lulled and ready for pulling. I never realized that you did not need line-of-sight for lulls until much later on when someone told me. This helps immensely with pulling in narrow, windy dungeons. | ||

Anybody know decent, out-of-the-way charm spots for 51+? I'd like to charm around Lguk and CoM, but with the population being ~1700 lately, I feel like both of these are going to be way over camped/perma-camped.
Thought about checking out Burning Wood undead fort, but I believe the per-level guide says they green out at 52? Maybe Trak Teeth, but I recall a lot of the undead keepers are wizards?
