Looking for static group

I am thinking about joining Red for that sweet exp boost. I would like to find someone to level up with since I didnt find many people in the starter zone, granted it was in the morning and only made it to level 2. I would like to start in freeport or Gfay area since I am most familiar with them but anything is possible. I figured I might as well try it since my highest on Blue is level 8 and havent put that much time in yet. I play mostly 7-noon EST and most of the weekend.
