Thick Grizzly Bear Skins shouldn't exist right now.
Was trying to figure out what thick grizzly bear skins are for, and came across this:
http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=15913 Looks like they came out in 2003, and are used for the "newbie armor quests." "These used to just be called grizzly bear skins. however, when they added the newbie armor quests, the regular grizzly bear skins became THICK grizzly bear skins, and they added a new item, called grizzly bear skins. The new ones cannot be used for tailoring potion bags, but are instead used in the newbie armor quests."
