Storm Reaper Faction

I heard the best way to raise it is the bliza soup quest in rivervale, which I started at dubious, handed over 100 soups in, still dubious... Or slaying runnyeye, which I have not tried yet. My question is, how long has it taken everyone that has done this, and what was the method you used?
