Default NPC Resist Values

Hi All -

I was doing some researching into mob resist values and really can't seem to find anything, besides the fact that any resist value (i.e. SvFire) is going to be somewhere between 0 and 500.

All I've found on this forum is this post by Aeolwind:

Does anyone have any general guidelines for mob resist rates? Like, most mobs around level X generally have resist rates ranging from Y to Z? I know some mobs have ridiculous resistance (like the clockworks in Sol A), but I'm just trying to pin down a ballpark range for a given level.
