Spells: Elemental Armor

Elemental Armor no longer stacks with Minor Potion of Cold http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=65126 , but it does stack with Minor Potion of Heat http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=65180 . What up wit dat?
