Miscellaneous: Faction hits from "a prisoner" in Grobb

I'm a Dark Elf using the invis potion merchant in Grobb when I sat next to it to med, near a froglok mob called "a prisoner." Low and behold this mob began to attack me so I nuked it down only to find out that it had faction hits with "Coalition of Tradefolk," "Coalition of Tradefolk Underground," "Priests of Marr," and one other North FP faction. The current Allakhazam has no faction hit listed for him, however he is part of the "Marda's Secret Mission" quest from Oggok. This quest only raises Oggok Residents faction.

I can sort of understand this now that I considered the relationship between the Frogloks and Mithaniel Marr. I was just irritated that I'm KoS to corrupt Freeport guards now..

Just curious if these faction hits are indeed intended for this froglok mob from Guk being held prisoner in Grobb. Thanks!
