Default Toop v. Inglorious Basterds

My client Toop asserts that IB KS'd his Magus kill as evident through this screenshot:

As you can see my client was being healed several times through the fight by Cheal which is a 10 sec cast time meaning he's been engaged on the giant for at least a minute.

Also in the bottom left corner you can easily see Toop taunting this giant to regain aggro, as well as the combat text to the right which shows Magus's shield still active as he is absorbing the blows, meaning the mob has just been engaged.

Where does this stand with the rules?

My client asserts that he was in the area first and routinely killing giants as evident by the sheer amount of combat spam in regards to this matter, being the first one at the spawn he's ensured that he has claimed the camp by clearing and prepping for the pull before IB decided to engage.

This is clearly a infraction by IB against server rules and policy by not adhering to the camp rules and FFA arguments, and all members involved with the IB party should be temporarily suspended for 3-days minimum 7-days maximum to ensure that the rules are being upheld fairly and to regulation and compensation should be paid to the wronged party (my client Toop) in the form of either a channeling crystal or the mask.
