Game Mechanics: Jaled Dar's shade randomly aggroing?

ran in to turn in a talisman to Jaled Dar's shade today, conned him, was indifferent, did nothing else but move slightly closer to him, and he somehow aggro'd me and killed me

was not illusioned, was not invisible, did not have aggro of any mobs

have heard of this happening to people a lot

yeah makes zero sense, turned in talisman and then 2 seconds later as i'm running away from him he aggros again

the first attempt i ran in, stood outside his lair for a minute, and then went in; if i had aggro of anything, it would have caught up to me

the second (successful) attempt, i had gotten rezzed just outside of his room - no mobs spawn there

A rogue in my guild had the same thing happen to him, random aggro on him when he was hide/sneaked through there.

Also, shouldn't Jaled be hitting for like 10 times that ? :P

On Red server. Conned indifferent and I turned in a piece to get the ST key. Stood around for a few seconds fiddling with my bags afterwards and it attacked me out of nowhere.
