Mumble voip overlay?

i have used mumble on P99 before and have gotten the overlay where it shows who is talking on my UI to work. this was maybe 2 years ago though. i have sense got mumble again but for some reason i can not get the overlay onto my screen while playing P99. has anyone had this problem, or does anyone have any suggestions as to how i can fix this?

i tried that multiple times, no luck. really have no idea what it could be. it probably something really simple too.

Do you run EQ in windowed mode? I don't know if that matters, but there is at least 1 voip program where it does (I have used so many they all blur together).

I run in windowed mode and it works fine as long as I start mumble before I start eq.

i use windowed mode, but it fits my entire screen, i also run as admin. im wondering if its because i have windows 10. that being said if anyone knows how to remove windows 10 and go back to windows 8 after the 30 days have passed, that information would be HIGHLY useful.
