Except for a stack of food and water and a few quest/no drop items he is completely stripped. He has 1/2 of the peices for his Cleric-only quest breastplate from Temple of Solusek Ro, and also over a stack of reagents for his level 14 HP Buff. He has a no-drop +5 CHA ring (equipped). He has no negative faction hits.
