Default help shaman spells

Hi im a lvl 5 iksar shaman. I admit im a noob. Im looking for a specific essential spell guide/chart showing what spells to use and what to ignore per level. Or i need something that shows example of what spells to have in spell gems per lvl 5, 10, etc per type of role (solo/grp)
current spell gems have inner fire, strengthen, feet like cat, dex aura, fleeting fury, flash of light, fire spell, frost spell, and gate. If any of those worthless to use let me know. Any help? Thank you!!

i have checked but not specific enough for me http://web.archive.org/web/200007070....eqshaman.com/

Since nobody has responded to you, here goes. In general you will need all of your player buff spells lines, Str, Dex, Agi, Sta, Cha. This link below is all of your spell.http://wiki.project1999.com/Shaman#Spells .
Spells i would avoid are things like sense animal, spirit pouch, fleeting fury line of spells once ur past lvl 9.
Spell lines that are a must, heals, cures, slows,disease/poison dots (damage over time), malo line of spells, melee debuff line (dismepower), Cannibalize and your nukes.
Spells that are important: Gate, Bind Affinity, Levitate, Enduring Breath.
