Stuck underneath lavastorm

I ported into LS and found a bunch of dead ends and so clearly it was the new zone. I left the game and realized that I hadn't deleted the new lavastorm file from my install; I removed the file and logged back in only to find that I was stuck underneath the zone unable to move. If anyone can help me get unstuck I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

Submit a petition in game

Maybe try /rewind but you may have to petition in game. Or may you can get someone to stand near you and port you out of that spot.

Thanks, yeah I tried /rewind, just took me to the same spot. Submitted a petition yesterday; will they typically contact me somehow when I petition or just move my character?
