Default Shadow Knight Epic Questions

I have two questions (with sub-questions, sorry!) regarding the shadow knight epic.

1. Skipping the Beginning: Are the preliminary steps in this quest necessary for the final turn in? Specifically, I never did the portions of the quest with Kurron Ni, Smaka, and Durkiek Bloodpool (though I have all the items necessary to do those steps, if needed). Using the hide skill for turn-ins, I have obtained the Will of Innoruuk, Head of the Valiant, and Heart of the Innocent. Having not done the preliminary steps, will there be any problems turning in Ghoulbane, Blade of Abrogation, Soul Leech, the parts for the decrepit sheath, and, ultimately the final four pieces to Lharanc, if I am hidden when doing so? I know that True Spirit faction is awarded throughout this quest; however, if hidden for the turn-ins (as the wiki instructs), my assumption is that faction is always defaulted to indifferent, so the True Spirit faction would not really matter. Is this correct?

2. Multi-Questing: Is multi-questing limited to two people, or can three people multi-quest for an item? Specifically, if I have the decrepit sheath, person B has Soul Leech, and person C has Blade of Abrogation, can person B hand in his part first, person C hand in his part second, and then I hand in my parts third to result in me getting Corrupted Ghoulbane? Or, is a multi-quest capped at two people? Also, and this relates to the question line above, if person B and person C have no True Spirit faction, will their turn-ins be good as long as they are invis or hidden?

Thanks for any guidance that anyone can provide!
