Default Crashing and log in issues

Today i have had major issues with log in onto the server, earlier using the same build that worked just yesterday i crashed just about everytime i zoned which would force me to restart the game.
When trying to restart the game i would need to attempt to log in only to have it time out, if i exited the game and restarted the client it had a chance of working. probably 1 in 25 attempts. to then get in, crash. start again.
I get time out errors when i do manage to even see the server select.
Is the log in server down? the status shows up, but clearly something is wrong.

Troubleshooting steps already taken:
Deleting and copying a known good build of EQ off another machine
Completely wiping and reinstalling titanium, duxaui, then P99 v41 files.

Any ideas guys?

Was happening to me a couple of weeks back, pretty much stopped me from logging on for a few days.

From my perspective it appeared to be packet loss on the last two, three hops.

It's not your installation.

I'm about to try a different known good install. Hopefully that works.

If not... it's been awhile since I took net+ what command could I use to check where I am dropping packets?

Download WinMTR and put the host in, not sure what the individual servers are but project1999.com should highlight anything serious.

Tried a known good install from yet another PC and it isn't working. it must be an issue between my connection and the log in server. i'll that program tomorrow i think. thanks for the replies guys.
