I have installed p1999 before the only difference is windows 10... it does not install some of the files but i have to force it to install dsetup.dll, but after getting that in it starts looking for EQgame which the instructions say not to run... despite it asking the file is already there.

I have never run EQgame since running a fresh install....

Some Antivirus detect the dsetup.dll and quarantine it (I know my Mcafee does) so I have to disable real time scanning for the few seconds it takes to open P99 then enable it again.

You do run eqgame.exe, either through the batch file(.bat) included in the P1999 files or through a shortcut that looks like:

My antivirus ate both dsetup.dll and eqgame.exe. eqgame.exe is needed for the launch titanium .bat; make sure your antivirus didn't quarantine it.
