Anyone Else Having Trouble With Server?

Logged into Lake Rathetear and was able to do stuff for about 5 min then lagged out. Finally force quit and closed all the way to desktop.

Got back on in same place and this time started lagging to red almost immediately. Again force quit. Now at server select I get the message cannot log on do to unknown problem.

Noticed as well that each time at server select the server number population is decreased.

Anyone else having problem today?
