How's the Dain suspension work? That from before the current ban?

The egregious kiting of not 1 , not 2 , but 3 Dains has not been dealt with yet.
The first time Awakened accepted they were bad and conceded the next Dain.
Then they were right back to flagrant rule breaking and we are awaiting a ruling on back-to-back Dain hijackings. If it was 10 days for Nagafen , it's not looking good for 2 Dain kites.
Maybe the powers-that-be take pity though as the guild is already imploding. Its just not cricket to kick a man while he's down.
