Spell Effects not Visible on Mac

Hi,

Running p99 on a 2013 MacBook Air with Wineskin. I'm able to play fine but spell particles do not show up at all. Any suggestions on how I can remedy this? Anyone else have similar issues?

Also have this issue, would love to know why. Leaves alot to be desired during gameplay!
