Friends have same IP

I know and i understand how to get the IP unlocked. Its not even my IP its my friends they are in the same apartment and share the same IP addresss. They have petitioned about 2 and half weeks ago and still have not gotten it unlocked....WTS (Hugs) for an unlock for their IP [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
