New player! (SK)
Hello P1999 family,
I'm Meeps (IGN: Blep). Early 30s, married and looking to relive some of my college era with returning to EQ. Just started today, would love to chat and meet with you all. I'm EST, but my play time varies. Appreciate any advice or guidance.

Hello and Welcome ! There is a vast amount of knowledge on the p99 wiki!
Keep leveling ! much fun to be had! A decent set of sk armor and weps won't run you that much once you hit 30+ and can farm up some plat. Make lots of friends! have good times!

Welcome to the server Blep! What advice were you interested in? Have you played an SK? Did you forget where to level? Have you been to the wiki pages?
There are a few levelling guilds. Do you like to earn things yourself? Do you want to rush through the game and hate yourself? There are options for everyone!

Welcome =).
I just started last week and I love what they have accomplished with P99. It brings me back to the days on live when I had a wonderful time. You may see me on some time. I play Takii, a DE cleric unlike not much unlike my Halfling self in the signature for days gone by =). I hope you have a amazing experience like me =).

Advice:
Delete EverQuest off your hard drive, block anything involving p99 from your browser. Run. Run for the hills. For the sake of your family. Now if you don't LIKE the wife and kids... dive back into the abyss with us, have fun! Maybe consider rolling something that's easier to level for your first character unless playing a SK is what makes you happy, then rock on!

My first character (past 20) on p99 was an sk. There's nothing wrong with it.
