Drop Info: Withered Leather Belt + Cloak

Hello fellow adventurers! I am on a wiki updating quest of massive proportions. I have spent a LOT of time in the Hole, but when parsing my log was shocked to find I never witnessed a Withered Leather Belt or Withered Leather Cloak drop.

If anyone has any definitive info on what mob drops these (a revenant / a wanderer, or maybe a named ghost) can you please post? Would prefer you check your logs to validate as the mind can be a funny thing (just a search for 'looted a withered leather' should scan you through quickly).

There is surprisingly little info on the google about what dropped these in classic, and most is conflicting / inaccurate info. Besides, just focused on what drops on p99 anyways.

I believe he drops the belt

the cloak drops from ummm maaaaybe this guy

I have looted all the withered armor so Id have to check logs on the cloak and belt tho to be 100% sure, I should have them at home.
