A quick question

So, for whatever reason this may be.

I feel fairly certain that I completed all of the proper steps for the "getting started" page. But when i try to enter the server the eq window just goes to "not responding."

P.s. sorry if this is in the wrong spot in advance, feel free to /move it if that is the case.
