Creature mana pool

Heya,

I would like to ask two questions about creatures mana pool/regen :

1/ Is there a way to know how much mana does a creature have based on its level ?

2/ The mob mana regen is faster than player's one, right ? does anyone know how much mana per tick can a mob regen ?

Without having the hands in the code, it might be hard to answer I guess but I'd like to have an idea if anyone knows.
