Brownie scouts in lfay never dropped brownie parts and they do not here on p99 either. The low level scouts in gfay dropped them once every 6-7 kills last time I tried. Brownie guards drop them about 80% of the time. Brownies and brownie farmer drop parts about half the time, along with the occasional morning dew.
