New Installation, running into issues

New installation. Went well.

When i start the game I get a memory error. Ive read the forums about changing the full screen and resolution, but that doesnt seem to help.

Ive also changed the compatibility to xp sp2, since im on win 10.

I keep getting this error:

The Instruction at 0x00000000005DB3D2 referenced memory at 0x000000000090. The memory could not be read.

Click on OK to terminate the program.

Im all of of ideas, can anyone help?
