PS. If it is BOTH parties must have high amiable faction for this quest to work or you'll get squat.

The way perl scripts work (quests written in eq) only look at items a specific player turns in.

MQ does not work in project 1999. Correct me if i'm wrong but I believe it doesnt work on any emu, has to do with Titanium client?

This is gonna suck once epic's come around.

Doesn't nor will it ever work until some code changes are made to support it specifically.
