Giz X'Tin Ranger epic turn in NPC

I've tried to track this guy down for the past couple hours. From what I can tell, he's supposed to spawn at 10pm-ish game time and wonder in kind of a circle, then despawn at some undisclosed point in time?

I've been in his wiki location between 8pm-1am game time 3 cycles and a row and nothing. I'm a level 57 ranger with max tracking, so I'm pretty sure i'd catch him if he was up.

Does anyone have any insight into this?

Something wierd may be going on, because I often see him when cruising through, not rare at all.

i think he despawns for awhile after a turnin, took me awhile too

He's working properly. He's on a fixed respawn timer and he does depop shortly after a turn in. The wiki is not always accurate [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

I finally found him up again. Thank you for the response! The wiki was very wrong on this guy for sure!
