Iksar Kelethin Merchant Faction: Warrior Guild Turn In Quest: How Many Turn Ins?

I'm right around 550 turn ins right now for Regren's Quest and still have dubious merchants that wont sell. If any of you Iksars have gained Kelethin Merchant faction with this quest how many turn ins did it take?

I read this old guide here I found on the Way Back Machine and they report it only took around 350 back on classic live. http://web.archive.org/web/200304180...l#Regren's Quest (Kelethin)

Then here on the p99 Wiki https://wiki.project1999.com/Faction it shows dubious being -500 to -101 so if the quest was only giving 1 point of faction change per turn in it would only take 399 turn ins at the most. That is unless in P99 I'm only getting a fraction of a point for a turn in.
