You ever logged on and hoped to get a camp just to find out that someone is camping it for hours? On red you can 'contest' pvp them for that camp. Take what what you want. This is a catch 22. Yes you can lose, but you can win! even bigger!

Tried red until 20 something. Hardly saw anyone. Super boring. They say no camp disputes because it ends up being whoever wins a pvp fight gets a camp but that is ridiculous. There are no camp disputes because there aren't enough people around to have any camp disputes with.
