Journeyman's Boots MQ

Is there any specific order that turn-ins for the Jboots MQ have to be done? Like does the ring have to be the last item to get turned in or can I turn in the ring first, and have the character that needs boots hand in the gold and rapier?

the character that completes the full quest gets the boots, so as long as they are the last person handing in, they should be ok
