Now im not 100% on this nor am i saying hey because i saw it on this site it must be true BUT.. I mean it says it on the site and has locations where you can get the items needed to make Cultural Fletching possible in our current era.

Now -> this doesnt really make cultural fletching in velious official right?
But.. It would make sense if mithril arrows were around.. I mean theres mithril Legs, arms, ... Boots and gloves now that came out in velious.. ^_~.
