Can't use the "enter" button in game

Hitting enter doesn't set any keys towards typing, and I can't say anything in game because enter has no effect. I noticed both my enter keys are logged as NPADENTER though.

NPADENTER is the enter key on the number pad full-sized keyboards have. You can try to remap it to the normal enter key and see what that does. You can also type / to bring up the chat bar automatically.

Make sure num lock is off, this happens to me a lot.
