Merchants: Banker Willaen attacks in Kelethin

I just got attacked by Banker Willaen in Kelethin, I am KoS there but I swear in Classic live bankers and merchants didn't attack even when KoS.

I recall my friend's (an Enchanter) illusion dropping and the banker chased him all the way to the lifts and killed him. He was Dark Elf.

Not solid proof of course, but working as intended AFAIK.

Banker has always attacked. My Dark Elf wizard was glower to the guards, but glare to the merchants. The merchants never attacked, but the banker always would. Iksar monks got around it with feign + sneak.

Bankers always attacked on Live, and on Vallon Zek Gfay was the auction zone, so I'd kill the Kelethin banker to be a giant dick. It was great, I think he had something like an hour respawn timer too.
