lost items

i am wondering about this, i just bought 4k worth of items, and dropped it in a safe place, logged off that account onto my new one (the first account i dropped the items off of is not my account dad/wifes account) and i logged onto my other account, took about 5 mins inbetween about, and the bags are not there, i dont think anyone picked the items up because it was way far away from others

anyways, can the devs reimburse these items? theres only 3 items of the bunch i care about, but after selling my shaman i am starting from scratch, but i was on my rog only to discover the items are gone
