Can Druids use Earthen Boots in place of Goblin Gazughi Ring?

Earthen Boots are MAG only, but they're casted from inventory so can any class use them?

Any Slot/Can Equip
Means it has to be equipped and can be clicked from any slot it can be equipped in.
Yeah it's confusing..
