Range attacks are broken
Even with a clear line of sight and no obstructions you freqently cannot hit a target with a ranged attack that is at a different elevation then yourself. The range attack seems to work client side (depresses as if fired), however the arrow simply isn't occurring server side. Oddly, you can still proc on the target with the ranged attack when this happens.
There are other issues, but I figure it would be easiest to start here since it can be readily reproduced.
Reverting the ranged attack system we use to have (stock EQEMU I'll ignorantly presume), and simply adding a delay based on distance would feel much more classic then this broken kludge we have now.
