Forum Account Issues

Hello everyone

I've created an account for the forums here, but never received the initial verification email. To compound matters, I attempted to use the reset password function to force an email to be sent through, but only the reset password link arrived, and not the ensuing new password email, so now that account is without a password.

I couldn't sort out any other options for recourse at that point, so I 've had to create this new account with a separate email address (this time the verification email was generated) just to notify. Is there somewhere better to post for technical assistance with my first account, or someone specific to whom I can send a message? I'd prefer to use that email address to follow through with my p99 account setup.
