![]() Question in the title. I've heard that a resisted Jolt is a partial resist and still contributes to reduced hate, just not the full amount. Is that true?

![]() It has been my understanding that Jolt/Cinder Jolt do not work properly on this server and provide agro reduction whether the land or get resisted.

![]() If they function the way Concussion does for wizards, they should reduce agro even if resisted. I'm pretty confident that it works when I play my wizard so unless they coded it to not work on resists for rangers but work for wizards then it should work for both classes.
I think we have proved Concussion is in line currently with the way it was on classic to work even when resisted.

![]() Spells apply or subtract hate upon cast. Doesn't matter if it resists.
Shamans pull aggro even when their slows get resisted; this is essentially the same principle.

![]() Classically, resisted spells would only do 'a large fraction' of the hate that an unresisted spell would do.
So, hypothetically, if a slow would cause 300 hate, a resisted slow would do 210.
